*Why the term racialized?*

We live in a society deeply steeped in racism and ethnocentrism. This systemically harms people who are Black, Latinx, Indigenous, Middle Eastern, East Asian, Pacific Islander, and many others.

This term is used to be inclusive of the many identities that are racialized within a racist and ethnocentric society.

A common and similar term is BIPOC.

ALL APPLICATIONS DUE BY WEDNESDAY, JULY 15TH, 2020, AT 11:59 PM EST
