Naomi Trotta, MFT

Naomi Trotta, a Marriage and Family Therapist, specializes in fostering connections between partners. Naomi guides her clients to leverage their existing strengths, break free from unproductive cycles, and consider fresh avenues of communication and emotional regulation. Individuals who desire a deeper understanding of themselves or those who feel past experiences are currently holding them back would be a good fit for Naomi’s compassionate and curious approach. Naomi also enjoys working with couples who have inadvertently put their romantic relationship on the back burner and crave a stronger connection but may not quite know how to get there.

In the therapy room, Naomi creates a nurturing and inclusive environment, allowing her clients to feel at ease, truly heard, and affirmed. With her as your therapist, you can expect professional guidance, gentle challenges, and a commitment to helping you achieve a fulfilling and thriving relationship.

Naomi earned her Master’s in Human Development and Family Studies from Colorado State University, specializing in Marriage and Family Therapy. She has also completed Level 1 of the Gottman Couples Therapy Method, further enhancing her ability to provide evidence-based interventions.
